Tracelium

Update of Nov 2023

[postDate]

New version: 1.5.0

The November update experienced a minor delay due to extended internal testing, but we successfully rolled it out. This update includes a variety of enhancements designed to significantly improve the overall user experience.

1. Enabling invitees to modify components.

You have the option to let your invitees make modifications and then approve these changes.

We received feedback indicating that some invitees prefer to directly make changes without the need to download and reattach components as attachments.

Editing capabilities are disabled by default. The inviter must activate this feature for each conversation, which will then apply to all associated components.

When the editing option is turned on, invitees will be able to see an edit icon, indicating that they can make changes.

After submission, the invitee’s changes will be marked with a ‘saved’ status. The invitee can continue to make modifications until the inviter either accepts or rejects these changes.

From the perspective of the inviter, they have the option to either accept or reject the changes made by the invitee.

2. Improvements

We have implemented several enhancements to Tracelium

  1. Significantly improved search capabilities for the following:
    1. The general search
    2. The specific search in each section
  2. Enhanced activity log featuring more detailed logging
  3. Each conversation text draft is now saved in its own unique view instance.
    1. You can filter all drafts via the conversation quick filters.
  4. Optimized date and time display for conversations.
  5. Various bugs were fixed.
